About Sleep on Cue
If you can’t remember the last time you had a good night’s sleep, you’ve come to the right place! Sleep on Cue is a pediatric sleep consultancy that specializes in helping children aged 4 months to 6 years old, develop age appropriate healthy sleep foundations through an individualized approach. We are a judgment free zone that uses science-backed solutions to help your family get the rest they deserve.
Why choose Sleep on Cue?
There are many sleep consultants to choose from but not all have been trained the same. Training is one reason to choose us as we have over 250+ hours, which includes studying under Deborah Pedrick, founder of the Family Sleep Institute and a pioneer in the sleep industry. Our training is rooted in science-based and evidence-backed solutions. Secondly, it’s important to choose a consultant who you connect with! Someone you can relate to and feel comfortable talking to, but also understands and is non-judgmental. I’ve been in your shoes and can hold your hand, while empowering you to get the best sleep for your family.
How it Works
Fill out the form on the Get Started page. Once I have your information, I will contact you with an intake form to be filled out that outlines your child’s sleep habits and challenges. We will then discuss via a 1 hour in person or virtual consultation call. Following the consultation, you will receive a customized, detailed sleep plan and follow up support for the package purchased.
