How We Work

- You will receive an intake form to fill out pertaining to your child’s sleep habits, temperament, parenting philosophies, etc so we can learn more about you and your child.
- Next, we will set up an hour long in person or virtual consultation call to discuss the intake form and the issues you are having. We will work together to come up with a sleep training plan that you and your family are comfortable with.
- I will then email you the customized sleep plan which will summarize our consultation plus more details, within 48 hours and provide daily support (phone and email) for 1-2 weeks depending on the package you purchased so that you can implement the plan successfully.
Packages
EXPECTANT PARENT & NEWBORN CONSULTATION
- A 1 hour Facetime or phone call teaching you healthy sleep habits right from the start including safe sleep, sleep hygiene and how to set up for long term sleep success
- Email with newborn sleep recommendations sent after the call
- 3 follow up emails to use in the future
Cost – $200
ONE WEEK SUPPORT PACKAGE (4 months and older)
- New Client intake form
- 60 minute Facetime or phone call consultation
- Custom written sleep plan
- Electronic sleep log easily accessible via phone/computer
- One week of follow up support with unlimited phone and email support
Cost – $450
TWO WEEK SUPPORT PACKAGE (4 months and older)
- New Client intake form
- 60 minute Facetime or phone call consultation
- Custom written sleep plan
- Electronic sleep log easily accessible via phone/computer
- Two weeks of follow up support with unlimited phone and email support
Cost – $550
SLEEP CHAT
- 30 or 60 minute phone call for any sleep support you need
- Great for returning clients who just need a brief refresher or anyone who has a specific question or concern
Cost – $75 for 30 minutes or $150 for 60 minutes
ADD-ON SERVICES
- Add an additional child for $150 for one week plan, $175 for two week plan
- Add an additional week of support for $100
- No additional fee for multiples
